What is the same everywhere.
The five-phase delivery system, the architecture register, the evaluation discipline and the security posture do not vary by region. A Swiss bank and a Jordanian ministry receive the same gates, the same evidence and the same written residency position. This is deliberate: a firm whose standard changes with the client's postcode has no standard.
What varies is emphasis, language and law. Each regional team works in the client's language, knows the client's supervisor and prices in the client's currency. The regional notes on every industry page describe how a mandate changes shape between the three, and the proposal form asks for the region in its second step so that the right team reads the request.
How a regional engagement is staffed.
Every engagement has an engagement director from the client's region and a practice team drawn from wherever the right people are. The director owns the relationship, the cadence and the client's language; the practice team owns the work. When a mandate needs a presence the region does not yet have, the firm says so in the proposal and prices the travel rather than pretending otherwise.
Working hours overlap by design. The European day overlaps with both Amman's and New York's, which is why the firm's operating roles sit in Turin. A client in any region can reach the engagement director in their own working hours and the practice lead within one business day.
Where data may live.
Hosting regions are chosen per system and recorded in the architecture register. The choices available in each region are listed with the offices below; on-premises deployment and sovereign cloud are available everywhere. The residency position for a mandate is written before any data is processed, and the trust page sets out the posture behind it.
