What an executive briefing is.
The session is built around one question, and usually it is one of the questions the firm is asked most: how to use artificial intelligence without the data leaving the jurisdiction, what a voice agent can and cannot be trusted with in a regulated service, how to replace a core system without stopping the business, what to ask an AI vendor before signing, or what replaces the agency of record. There is no proposal at the end unless you ask for one.
We prepare against your agenda: the questions you send, the regulation you sit under, the systems you already run. The session is a conversation with a person who has done the work, not a presentation, and it closes with a written summary of what was said and what we would look at first. A briefing is without charge and without obligation, and it is often the most useful hour a leadership team spends with us.
Choosing a time.
Tell us who attends, what the briefing should cover and two or three times that suit you in your time zone. Where the firm has opened its calendar for direct booking, a link appears here as well; either way, a named person confirms the time and sends the agenda before the session.

Requesting a briefing.
Tell us who will be in the room, which of those questions matters most to them, and two or three times that suit you in your own time zone. Sessions run in the working languages of your region, in person where a practice lead can travel and by video otherwise. Send an agenda and the lead prepares against it rather than against a template.
If a proposal is what you need.
A briefing is not a step on the way to a proposal, and asking for one commits you to nothing. If the mandate is already clear and what you want is a scoped, priced document, the seven-step request is the faster route.
