Let’s discuss your priorities.

Tell us about your organisation, the work ahead and the responsibility you would like to delegate. We will use the conversation to identify the scope and an appropriate next step.

Request a conversation

Use the form to introduce the work. We will contact you to discuss the request and arrange a time. Sending this form requests a meeting; it does not reserve a calendar slot.

Your objectives, current situation and any constraints. A brief outline is enough.

Two or three options in your time zone.

A useful starting point

You do not need a finished specification to begin. Tell us what the organisation is trying to achieve, which systems or teams are involved and where you would like Altuon to take responsibility. If you already have a brief, describe its main points in the form.

The first conversation establishes the context: priorities, current arrangements, dependencies and the decisions still to make. We can discuss a focused project, ongoing work or how to coordinate with your internal team and existing providers.

A meeting is a chance to assess the fit and clarify the next step. It does not commit either party to a project, a delivery date or a price. Where further discovery is needed before a proposal, we will identify the questions it should answer.

Share the context, not sensitive records

Please keep passwords, access keys, personal records and confidential documents out of this first message. We can agree an appropriate way to exchange supporting material if the discussion needs it.

After the conversation

The next step depends on how clearly the work is defined. It may be a follow-up discussion, a discovery scope or a proposal setting out deliverables and commercial terms. Scope, ownership, confidentiality and any ongoing support are agreed before implementation.

Requirements already defined?

Use the proposal request to describe the organisation, scope, preferred working model and timing in more detail. It follows a separate, structured intake and is available alongside the meeting request.
