An advertisement by Friday.
AdverAI produces a finished video advertisement from a short brief: a creative plan, a storyboard, shots generated and checked against a rubric, sound locked to the edit, and the cut delivered in the three formats every placement needs. No production department, a fixed budget per job, and every decision the line makes recorded.

Altuon / AdverAI
A brief becomes a production.
Product, audience, visual direction and assets. The creative brief carries through a structured production workflow.
Explore the productWhat it is
AdverAI is a production line, not a prompt box. A supervising director agent orchestrates specialists — creative strategy, storyboard, prompt engineering per shot, generation, a vision-based critic, continuity, sound and assembly — and authorises every unit of spend against a per-job ledger before it is committed.
It is built for the advertising the market actually buys: short-form video for paid placements, delivered as widescreen, vertical and square cuts with the brand's logo and music, loudness-normalised for broadcast and platform standards.
It is honest about failure. Shots that do not pass the critic are regenerated within the budget; when the budget cannot buy an acceptable result, the job ends with the best version or a refund rather than a silent overspend.
Capabilities
Brief to creative plan
Storyboard with continuity
Per-shot generation and routing
Assembly and grading
- Brief to creative plan
- A short brief is expanded into a structured creative document — message, audience, tone, visual world, constraints — that every later agent works from.
- Storyboard with continuity
- A shot list with an explicit continuity plan, so that a sequence of generated shots reads as one film rather than a montage.
- Per-shot generation and routing
- Each shot is routed to the video model best suited to it, with prompts written per shot and the previous shot's final frame conditioning the next.
- Vision-based quality critic
- Every take is scored against a rubric and against the previous segment; failing takes are regenerated up to the budget, and the best take is kept.
- Budget ledger
- A per-job ledger debits every external call before it is made; the director checks affordability at every step, and a job never exceeds its budget.
- Sound and pacing
- Music, voice and effects generated or licensed for the job, with tempo locked early so the edit is cut to the beat.
- Assembly and grading
- Beat-synchronised assembly, a unified colour grade across accepted segments, logo animation and loudness normalisation.
- Three crops per job
- Widescreen, vertical and square deliveries from one production, ready for the placements each format serves.
- Durable, resumable jobs
- Every step is checkpointed; an interrupted job resumes without re-spending on work already completed.
- Brand asset intake
- Logo and product imagery uploaded with the brief and carried through generation, grading and end cards.
Enterprise controls
- Budget and spend controls
- Hard per-job budgets, attempt caps per shot and a full spend ledger per job, exportable.
- Approval gates
- Under an enterprise licence, a brand reviewer approves the creative plan and the storyboard before generation spends anything.
- Brand governance
- Brand assets, forbidden claims and mandatory elements configured once per brand and enforced on every job.
- Provenance
- Which model produced which shot, at what cost, with which prompt and which critic score — recorded per job.
- Model policy
- Which video and audio providers a brand permits, and where their processing takes place, configured per enterprise agreement.
Integration
- Application interfaces for submitting briefs, following job status and retrieving deliveries, so an in-house team can run AdverAI from its own tooling.
- Webhooks on job completion for asset management and approval systems.
- Delivery to the brand's own storage under an enterprise licence.
Licensing
- Self-serve
- Pay per job, receive the three cuts by email, under the published terms.
- Enterprise licence
- Brand configuration, approval gates, model policy, application access, named support and a data-processing agreement.
- Managed by Altuon
- Run inside an advertising and growth engagement as the production line of the client's own advertising system.
Security
- Brand assets and briefs are isolated per customer and deleted on request or on the schedule in the agreement.
- Third-party model providers are named in the sub-processor list with their processing locations; enterprise agreements can restrict the permitted set.
- Payments are handled by a payment processor; AdverAI stores no card data.
Questions procurement asks
Who owns the advertisements AdverAI produces?
The customer, on payment, subject to the terms of the underlying model providers, which are disclosed in the agreement. Enterprise agreements set out rights and usage in full.
How do you prevent an advertisement that is off-brand or non-compliant?
Under an enterprise licence, brand rules — mandatory elements, forbidden claims, tone — are configured once and applied to every job, and a reviewer approves the plan and storyboard before generation begins. For regulated categories, the approval gate is where the compliance function signs.
What happens if the result is not good enough?
The critic scores every take; failing takes are regenerated within the job's budget. If the budget cannot buy an acceptable result, the job delivers the best version with its scores, or refunds. It never silently overspends.
Where is our material processed?
Generation uses third-party video and audio providers named in the sub-processor list, with their processing locations. Enterprise agreements can restrict which providers a brand permits. Brand assets and deliveries are stored in the region set out in the agreement.
Can our in-house team run it?
Yes. The application interfaces and webhooks allow briefs to be submitted and deliveries retrieved from your own tooling; the managed tier goes further and installs AdverAI as the production line of an advertising system your team operates.
