How the work would be run.

Six representative engagement blueprints across Switzerland, Jordan and the United States. Explore the mandate, architecture, delivery plan and measures of success. Each is a designed blueprint; published client outcomes require the client's approval and evidence from the record.

Why blueprints, and not case studies.

A firm that works for private banks, ministries and hospital networks does not publish its clients' names for marketing. Most of the work is under non-disclosure agreements, and the rest is the client's story to tell. The usual answer is a page of anonymised case studies with rounded numbers that nobody can check. That is a form of fiction, and a Swiss compliance officer treats it as one.

A blueprint is the honest alternative. It shows the method in full — what would be asked in Discover, what would be signed at each gate, what would be built and what would be measured — for a mandate the firm is asked for often. A reader can judge whether the method is sound. References for real engagements are provided under non-disclosure, matched to the reader's industry and region.

Bring us a mandate like this one.

A proposal request takes seven short steps and is read by the engagement lead who would run the work. References for real engagements are provided under non-disclosure, matched to your industry and region.
