One standard. Seven practices.
Technology, intelligence and creative work under one accountable firm. Registered in Turin, working across Europe, the Middle East and North America. From the model to the market.

Why one firm.
A voice agent for a private bank is a speech problem, a policy problem, an integration problem, a compliance problem and a brand problem at once. The dialect model is useless if the policy engine lets it move money it should not; the policy engine is useless if the integration to the core system is unreliable; the whole thing damages the institution if the voice does not sound like the bank. Buying each layer from a different firm means that the seams, where the failures live, belong to nobody.
Altuon is built so that the seams belong to us. Seven practices, artificial intelligence, voice agents, software engineering, technology consulting, advertising and growth, market intelligence, brand and identity, are staffed by people who have worked on the same engagements and share one delivery system, one evaluation discipline and one standard for what may be shown to a client. The engagement director signs for the whole outcome, not for one deliverable.
The firm is deliberately not a marketplace of independent specialists under one logo. Every practice uses the same five-phase delivery system with the same gates, the same architecture register, the same definition of done. A client who has worked with the advertising practice recognises the method when the engineering practice arrives, and the two practices can read each other's documents without translation.

Two pillars, one gravity.
Altuon Enterprise is the services pillar: the seven practices, bought through four engagement models, delivered by named people who take on the work that cannot fail. It is where a mandate begins, where the architecture is decided and where the accountability sits.
Explore Altuon EnterpriseAltuon Platform is the product pillar: the software the firm has built for itself and for its clients and now licenses, Veris LMS and AdverAI among them. Platform products are what Enterprise engagements produce when the same problem is solved for the third time; they are supported like products and priced like products, and an engagement never depends on buying one.
Explore Altuon PlatformThe two pillars share a brand, a standard and a leadership. They do not share a sales incentive: an Enterprise engagement recommends a Platform product only when the architecture review would recommend it anyway, and the recommendation is written down with its reasons.
Principles the firm is run by.
- Truth before persuasion
- Nothing on this site or in a proposal is a claim the firm cannot stand behind in front of a regulator. Where a fact is not yet public, the page says so rather than inventing one. Work that has not been approved for publication by a client is labelled as a blueprint, never presented as history.
- The client owns the system
- Every engagement ends with the client able to operate what was built without Altuon. Source, models, prompts, evaluation sets, documentation and the architecture register are the client's property, delivered in open formats. Dependence is a failure mode, not a business model.
- Residency is an architecture decision
- Where data may be processed is decided at the first architecture review, written into the register and enforced by the design. It is never left to a policy document or a vendor promise.
- Evaluation is the product
- A system that cannot be evaluated cannot be trusted with a regulated process. Every model, every voice line and every migration ships with the evidence that it works, and the evidence is re-run on every change.
- Small, senior, present
- Engagements are staffed with a few senior people who are in the room, rather than many junior people who are on a call. The engagement director knows every member of the team by name and so does the client.
- No hidden economics
- No margin on media, no vendor resale agreements, no referral fees, no rebates. The firm is paid by the client for the client's work, and the pricing model is written on the engagement models page.
How the firm works.
Every engagement, whatever the practice, moves through the same five phases: discover, define, build, prove, operate. Each phase ends at a gate with named evidence, and nothing passes a gate on the strength of a presentation. The gates are the same for a brand system and for a core-system migration; what changes is the evidence, not the discipline.
Work is governed by a steering cadence agreed in the mandate: a weekly working session with the client's team, a monthly steering committee with the executive sponsor and a quarterly review of the backlog, the risks and the commercial position. Decisions are recorded with their reasons in a register the client keeps after the engagement ends.
Quality is enforced by the firm's own gates before the client sees anything: an architecture review for every new system, an evaluation run for every release, a red-team pass before any voice or AI system takes real traffic, and a written position on data residency for every mandate that touches personal data.
See how engagements workThree regions, one method.
The firm works in Europe and the German-speaking countries, in the Middle East and North Africa, and in North America. The method does not change between them; the emphasis does. Swiss and German clients buy discretion, longevity and compliance. Jordanian and Gulf clients buy partnership, sovereignty and Arabic readiness. American clients buy velocity and scale under regulation. Each regional page on the industry and practice sections says how the same mandate is shaped in each.
Global presenceThe legal entity.
Altuon is the trading name of a sole proprietorship registered in Italy, with its registered office in Turin. The statutory identification, the governing law and the court of jurisdiction are set out in the legal notice. Engagements are contracted with this entity under Italian law unless the mandate agrees otherwise, and the firm signs the client's non-disclosure agreement before any detail is exchanged.

Ask us the question you would ask any firm.
Who is accountable, where the data goes, what happens when it fails, how it ends. The answers are on this site, and the ones that are not yet public are marked as such.
