Growth you own, not growth you rent.
Performance advertising, creative production, media buying and measurement designed as one system that lives inside your company: your ad accounts, your first-party data, your measurement model, your approvals. We build it, prove it against incrementality rather than platform-reported returns, and run it until your own team can. An agency of record keeps the machine when you leave. Here, you keep the machine.

What this practice is
- A system built inside your accounts. Ad platforms, tag containers, the customer data platform, the creative library and the measurement warehouse are opened in your name, on your contracts, with Altuon holding delegated access that can be revoked in an afternoon.
- A production line for creative. Concepts, scripts, shoots where they are warranted, and machine-assisted production through AdverAI, Altuon's own advertising-production platform, where a written brief becomes a finished film in every crop the media plan needs, under a budget the platform is not permitted to exceed.
- Measurement that answers the finance question. Marketing-mix modelling, geographic incrementality tests and holdout experiments that estimate what the spending caused, reconciled with platform attribution rather than replaced by it, and reported in the units your board already uses.
- Governed by design. Brand-safety rules, creative approval paths, regulated-content constraints and consent-bound data flows are written down, versioned and enforced in the tooling before the first impression is bought.
What it is not
- An agency of record. We do not hold your media contracts, mark up your spending or own the account structure your growth depends on. When the engagement ends, nothing has to be migrated and nobody has to ask for a password.
- A dashboard of platform-reported returns. Every ad platform grades its own homework; a system that repeats those numbers to the board is not measurement, it is forwarding.
- Creative volume for its own sake. Machine production makes many variants cheap; it does not make them good. Every asset passes the same brand, legal and quality review a hand-made one would, and the review is recorded.
- Indifferent to the rules of your industry. Financial promotions, healthcare advertising, gambling and alcohol exclusions, children's audiences and political content each carry obligations the system is built to respect, not to route around.
Capabilities
- Account architecture and ownership
- Ad accounts, business managers, tag containers, pixels, conversion APIs and the measurement warehouse set up in your name with a documented access model, so that ownership is a fact in the platform rather than a clause in a contract.
- Marketing-mix modelling
- A measurement model built on your sales, spending, pricing and external data that estimates the contribution of each channel and the point at which further spending stops paying, refreshed on a schedule and calibrated against experiments rather than left to run on assumptions.
- Incrementality and holdout experiments
- Geographic splits, audience holdouts and conversion-lift studies with the design, the sample and the decision rule registered before the test starts, so the effect of a channel is measured rather than inferred from clicks.
- Creative strategy and concepts
- Positioning, message architecture and concepts derived from your brand system and your market intelligence, with a testable hypothesis attached to each concept before any production budget is committed.
- Creative production, including AdverAI
- Scripts, art direction, shoots and edits, alongside machine-assisted production through AdverAI: a supervising agent orchestrates specialist agents that plan, generate, critique and assemble a film from a brief, under a hard per-job budget, in the horizontal, vertical and square crops the media plan requires.
- Brand-safe creative governance
- A written creative standard, an approval path with named roles, a versioned asset library and automated checks on claims, disclaimers and brand elements, so that nothing reaches a platform without a record of who approved it and against which version of the standard.
- Media planning and buying
- Channel selection, budget allocation, bidding strategy and pacing across search, social, video, programmatic, retail media and out-of-home, executed in your accounts at cost, with every fee on its own line of the invoice.
- Regulated-industry advertising
- Financial promotion approval, healthcare and pharmaceutical advertising rules, gambling and alcohol exclusions and age-gating, mapped per jurisdiction and enforced through audience, placement and creative controls that a compliance officer can inspect.
- Consent and first-party data
- Consent management, server-side tagging, first-party identity and audience construction designed against the revised Swiss FADP, the GDPR, Jordan's Personal Data Protection Law and US state privacy laws, with the lawful basis for each data flow recorded in a register your privacy function owns.
- Clean-room measurement
- Matching and measurement inside platform and independent clean rooms where individual-level data may not be shared, with aggregation thresholds and query governance approved by your privacy function before the first query runs.
- Creative and audience testing
- Structured experiments across messages, formats and audiences with the success criterion fixed in advance, so that a winning variant is a result rather than an opinion, and the losing ones teach the next brief.
- Reporting and operating cadence
- A reporting layer in your own warehouse, a weekly operating review, a monthly measurement review and a quarterly plan, each with a named owner on your side and a written record of what was decided.
How we deliver
Five phases, each closed by a gate your team signs. Spending is never scaled on a promise; it earns its budget one channel, one market and one measured experiment at a time, and the system is handed over as it is built rather than at the end.
- 01Discover
- Audit the existing accounts, contracts, tags and consent flows; read the advertising and privacy obligations for each market; reconstruct what the current spending can and cannot be shown to have caused.
- Gate: Account and data inventory, compliance requirements and a measurement baseline accepted by the marketing, finance and legal sponsors.
- 02Define
- Design the account architecture, the measurement model, the creative standard and approval path, the consent and data-flow register and the first experiments, with ownership of every component named.
- Gate: Architecture, measurement design and creative standard signed; the privacy register approved; the first experiment designs registered with their decision rules.
- 03Build
- Stand up the accounts, tagging and warehouse in your name; build the model and the reporting layer; put the creative production line, including AdverAI, into service behind the approval path; launch the first campaigns at controlled budgets.
- Gate: Data flowing end to end and reconciled against finance records; every live asset carrying an approval record; regulated-content controls tested with the compliance function.
- 04Prove
- Run the registered experiments, read the results against the pre-agreed decision rules, calibrate the model with what they show, and scale only the channels and creative that survive.
- Gate: Incrementality results reported to finance in the agreed units; the model calibrated against them; the scaling plan approved on that evidence and nothing else.
- 05Operate
- Run the weekly, monthly and quarterly cadence with your team taking the controls one at a time, re-test consent and regulated-content controls on schedule, and refresh the model as markets and channels move.
- Gate: Quarterly steering review of spending, measured effect and the transfer plan; annual re-test of consent, retention and advertising-compliance controls.

Questions procurement asks
Who owns the ad accounts, the data and the creative?
You do, from the first day. Every account, tag container, pixel, dataset and creative asset is created in your name on your contracts. Altuon works through delegated access that you grant and can revoke without notice. The measurement model, the experiment designs and the creative library are deliverables assigned to you on payment. Altuon retains its methods and its production tooling, including AdverAI, and licenses their use for the life of the system; nothing you need to keep advertising sits on our side of the line.
How is this different from appointing an agency of record?
An agency of record holds the media contracts, the account structure and the institutional memory, and is paid in a way that rewards spending. This practice builds those assets inside your company and is paid for building and operating them, not for the volume of media that passes through. The people who plan, buy and measure work to a runbook you own, in accounts you own, and the engagement is designed to shrink as your team takes the controls. The related insight, on the end of the agency of record, sets out the argument in full.
How does measurement avoid vanity metrics?
By separating what a platform reports from what the spending caused. Platform attribution is kept as one input, because it is fast and granular, but decisions about budget are made on incrementality experiments and a marketing-mix model calibrated against them. Each experiment is registered before it starts, with its design and its decision rule, so a result cannot be reinterpreted after the fact. Reporting is expressed in the units finance uses, and the reporting layer is built in your warehouse, where your analysts can check every number back to its source.
How are brand safety and creative approvals handled?
Through a written creative standard and an approval path with named roles, agreed in the Define phase. Every asset, whether produced by a crew or through AdverAI, carries a record of the brief it answered, the checks it passed and the person who approved it against which version of the standard. Placement controls, exclusion lists and inventory verification are configured in your accounts and reviewed on a schedule. If an asset is challenged, the record shows who decided what and when.
How do you handle advertising in regulated industries?
Each category's obligations are mapped per jurisdiction during Discover and written into the creative standard and the account controls during Define. Financial promotions pass the approval your regulator requires before publication; healthcare and pharmaceutical advertising follows the permitted-content rules of each market; gambling and alcohol campaigns carry age-gating and audience exclusions enforced in the platform, not left to a media planner's memory. Your compliance function signs the controls before the first campaign and re-tests them annually, and the evidence is kept in a form an inspector can read.
How transparent are media buying and fees?
Media is bought in your accounts at the price the platform charges, and you see that price directly because the account is yours. Altuon does not take a margin on media, does not accept rebates from platforms or vendors, and does not hold inventory to resell. Our fees are stated on their own lines of the proposal and the invoice, for the work of planning, producing, buying, measuring and operating. Any third-party tool licensed for the system is passed through at cost and named in the agreement.
What happens when the engagement ends?
The system keeps running, because it never lived anywhere else. Access is revoked, the runbook describes every recurring task, and the transfer plan agreed in the Operate phase has already moved planning, buying, measurement and creative approval to named people on your team. Where you want the production line to continue, AdverAI is available under a separate licence; where you do not, the creative library and every asset in it remain yours. Exit terms, including notice periods and the final hand-over review, are written into the agreement before work begins.

The Discover phase begins with your accounts, your contracts and your obligations, and ends with a measurement baseline you can put in front of finance. Request a proposal, or book a briefing for the executives who will decide whether to keep renting.
