The platform is built around those three seams — provenance for every source, a workflow from signal to memo with an owner at each step, and a calendar that starts from the board's dates and works backwards.

How is this different from a research subscription?
A subscription gives everyone the same reports. The platform holds your board's questions, your sources and your calendar, and produces memos about your decisions, evidenced and owned. It is a function, not a feed.
How do you make sure sources are legal and reliable?
Every source is registered with its licence and a reliability rating, reviewed for competition-law and data-protection compliance, and owned by an analyst. Only public and licensed sources are used; nothing is collected by pretext or in breach of terms.
Can our own analysts run it?
Yes. The enterprise licence includes training; many clients begin with the practice operating the platform under a retainer and move the function in-house as their team is ready.
Where is our data held, and who can see it?
In the region set out in the agreement, visible only to your analysts and the committees you authorise. There is no aggregation across clients and no shared index.
What do we keep if we leave?
Your source register, your memos and their evidence, exported in open formats, plus the documented workflow. The intelligence produced for you is yours.
