The work that cannot fail.

Models, software, voice, growth and identity, built as one system. Seven practices, one accountable firm, four ways to engage. For the work your organisation depends on.

Light crossing a sculptural concrete atrium and steel staircase.

Why one firm.

Strategy, models, software, voice and identity often arrive under separate contracts. The difficult work lives between them: getting the model into the system, the conversation into the service and the promise into something the organisation can actually deliver.

Altuon brings those disciplines into one engagement. The people who build the model work with the people who build the system around it. One engagement lead owns the whole; one steering committee sees the decisions, the dependencies and the evidence.

That accountability continues through implementation and handover. Architecture, operating decisions and acceptance criteria belong to the same mandate, with clear owners at each stage.

Seven practices.

Each practice is complete on its own — its own method, its own leadership, its own standard of proof. What follows is what each one is for, in one paragraph; each has a page that says what it is and what it is not.

  1. 01Artificial intelligenceIntelligence in production, under governance a regulator can read.Model selection, fine-tuning, retrieval, agents and automation — designed for the system they will run in and the rules they will answer to. Every model has an owner, an evaluation set and a rollback path before it meets a customer.
  2. 02Voice agentsA call your bank can defend.Telephony-grade agents that verify, resolve and hand over in Arabic dialects, Swiss German, French and English, with recording consent, retention and human escalation designed in. IVR replacement is the floor; the ceiling is a service line that gets better every month.
  3. 03Software engineeringSystems built to be depended on in 2040.Core platforms, integration layers and the migrations that replace what came before without stopping the business. Engineering discipline is the deliverable: tests, observability, documentation and a handover that leaves the client independent.
  4. 04Technology consultingStrategy with an owner.IT strategy, architecture, vendor and sourcing decisions and digital transformation — with the same firm accountable for building what the strategy recommends. Advice that has to be delivered by its author is written differently.
  5. 05Advertising and growthGrowth systems the client owns.Performance advertising, creative production and measurement designed as a system the client runs, not a service the client rents. Where a retainer once bought an agency's hours, it now builds a capability that stays.
  6. 06Market intelligenceDecision-grade intelligence on the board's cadence.Markets, competitors, regulation and technology, tracked continuously and delivered as decisions, not reports. Built for the boards of banks, ministries and family groups that need to know what changed before the meeting, not after.
  7. 07Brand and identityIdentity as infrastructure.Brand architecture, identity systems and the governed tooling that keeps them true across every product, market and language. An identity that survives a merger, a subsidiary and the next chief marketing officer is engineered, not drawn.

How the practices combine.

Most mandates need three practices, not one. These are the combinations we are asked for most often, each drawn from an engagement blueprint on the Work pages.

  • A regulated service line, answered by voice

    Voice agentsArtificial intelligenceSoftware engineering

The voice practice designs the conversation and the handover; the AI practice trains and governs the models behind it; engineering integrates it with core banking, identity and recording systems so that a call is a transaction, not a transcript.

  • Sovereign infrastructure with a governance framework

    Technology consultingArtificial intelligenceVoice agents

Consulting sets the architecture, the residency rules and the procurement path; the AI practice deploys Arabic-first models on national infrastructure; voice brings the first citizen services onto it in the language citizens actually speak.

  • Intelligence, identity and growth for a group

Intelligence tells the board what is changing across six industries; brand gives the group one architecture under which each business can be itself; growth builds the advertising system the operating companies run themselves.

Four ways to engage.

The firm behind each model is the same; the contract is shaped to the mandate. The engagement-models page compares them line by line — commitment, scope, pricing basis, governance, change control, intellectual property and exit.

Enterprise Retainer
Continuous capacity across every practice, planned quarterly and drawn monthly. For organisations that have stopped buying projects and started buying capability: the model portfolio that needs a permanent owner, the service line that improves every month, the brand that lives in forty markets.
Project Engagement
A fixed scope, a fixed outcome and a fixed price, with acceptance criteria written before the first day. For work with an edge: a migration, a platform, a launch. The handover is part of the scope, and it leaves the client independent.
Embedded Teams
A dedicated squad inside the client's organisation — on its tools, in its rituals, led by an Altuon principal and accountable to the client's management. For capability the client intends to keep, transferred deliberately over the life of the engagement.
Executive Advisory
Board- and C-level counsel on artificial intelligence and technology. What to build, what to buy, what to refuse and how to govern what is kept. Delivered as briefings, decision papers and attendance at the meetings where the decisions are made.

How an engagement is run.

The same governance applies whatever the model, because it is what makes the work defensible to the client's own board, auditors and regulators.

  • One accountable lead

A named engagement lead owns the whole mandate across practices, reports to the client's sponsor and is the person who answers when something is late.

  • A steering committee on your calendar

Client sponsor, engagement lead and practice principals meet on a fixed cadence with a written agenda: progress against acceptance criteria, risks, decisions needed, spend against plan.

  • A risk register from day one

Every engagement opens a register of delivery, security, data-protection and regulatory risks, each with an owner and a mitigation; it is reviewed at every steering meeting and handed over at the end.

  • Data residency decided in writing

For each system, the data plane — Swiss, EU, US, on-premises or sovereign — is recorded in an architecture register before a line of code is written. Policy crosses planes; data does not.

  • Intellectual property that ends up with you

Deliverables are assigned to the client on payment. Altuon retains its pre-existing methods and tooling, licensed to the client for the deliverables' lifetime. There is no lock-in by ownership.

  • An exit that is planned, not negotiated

Notice periods, handover obligations, documentation standards and the state in which systems are left are agreed at signature. Leaving well is part of the service.

What you can verify.

The firm's registration and statutory identification are on every page. Its data-residency options, security posture and sub-processor policy are set out on the trust page. Its engagement blueprints show, phase by phase, how a mandate is run. What requires a client's permission, a certificate or an audit date is shown only when it can be shown, and is otherwise provided under a non-disclosure agreement during procurement.

Bring us the mandate that cannot fail.

A proposal request takes seven short steps. An executive briefing is forty-five minutes with a practice lead. Both are read and answered by a person, within the response time for your region.
