Why blueprints, and not case studies.
A firm that works for private banks, ministries and hospital networks does not publish its clients' names for marketing. Most of the work is under non-disclosure agreements, and the rest is the client's story to tell. The usual answer is a page of anonymised case studies with rounded numbers that nobody can check. That is a form of fiction, and a Swiss compliance officer treats it as one.
A blueprint is the honest alternative. It shows the method in full — what would be asked in Discover, what would be signed at each gate, what would be built and what would be measured — for a mandate the firm is asked for often. A reader can judge whether the method is sound. References for real engagements are provided under non-disclosure, matched to the reader's industry and region.
Confiez-nous un mandat comme celui-ci.
Une demande de proposition compte sept étapes courtes et est lue par le responsable de mission qui conduirait le travail. Des références de missions réelles sont fournies sous confidentialité, selon votre secteur et votre région.
